# Phone calls through your Twilio

1. **Get a Twilio number** Any voice-capable number in your Twilio account.
2. **Add it to Pagerless** Paste your Account SID, auth token and the number in Alerts. They are stored encrypted.
3. **Add your phone** Each person adds their own number. Pagerless sends a test call.

The call reads a fixed sentence about the problem (never AI-written text) and asks you to press 1. Pressing 1 acknowledges, like tapping I'm on it.
