> Wake alerts push first and call second. Tell alerts go to one place. Every channel is tested once a day so a broken one is found before you need it.

## Not available

- SMS: there is no SMS channel.
- Android: no Android app yet.
- Silent-mode bypass (Critical Alerts) on iPhone: requested from Apple, not granted yet. Pagerless uses Time-Sensitive notifications, which break through Focus but not the silent switch, and follows up with a phone call.

## Quiet hours

Set start, end and time zone for your account. Tell alerts wait until quiet hours end. Wake alerts always go through. Each channel can override the account setting.
