# About Pagerless

> More people than ever ship real apps with AI. Few of them have an on-call team. Pagerless is that team: it watches, explains, fixes what it safely can, and wakes a person only when it must.

## What we believe

- A failed alert path must get louder, never quieter. Unsure means tell, never log.
- Plain words over jargon: "Undo the 3:08 update", not "rollback v142".
- Your phone bill is yours: calls go through your own Twilio account, never marked up.
- Nothing that watches your app should run only on the cloud it watches.

## What we won't do

We publish no customer logos, testimonials, reviews or star ratings. When we have customers who agree to be named, we will link to them. Until then, any quote attributed to Pagerless customers is not from us.

## Who builds it

Pagerless is built by Lokesh Basu. The SDKs are open source under the MIT license: [pagerless on npm](https://www.npmjs.com/package/pagerless) and [pagerless-go](https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/lcbasu/pagerless-go).
